Issue Rationale for renewals as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.01 and School Board Policy

a.  Fence County-Wide Bid #08-F-201. 

Contract Period is March 18, 2011 through March 15, 2012.  This is the third renewal.

b.  Electrical Construction, Repair and Connection for Existing and/or New Construction and Relocatable

     Classroom County-Wide Bid #10-F-203.  The third lowest bidder has filed Articles of Dissolution with

      the Secretary of State.  The District has notified them their bid award has been revoked as of their

      dissolution date of January 17,2011.  Documents are attached supporting Districts action.  This is a

      reasonable action due to the continuing work requested by our Facilities Department. 

            Contract Period is March 18, 2011 through March 15, 2012.  This is the second renewal.

c.  Plumbing Construction, Repair and Connection for Existing and/or New Construction and Relocatable

     Classroom County-Wide Bid #08-F-200. 

Contract Period is March 18, 2011 through March 15, 2012.  This is the third renewal.

Contract Period is March 18, 2011 through March 15, 2012.  This is the second renewal.
