Item Title
C-4 Memorandum of Understanding with UNF for 2011-2012

Issue/Rationale
Legal contracts and agreements with colleges and universities must be approved by the School Board. The 2011-2012 Memorandum of Understanding with the University of North Florida allows continuation of the present SPRINT/EXCEL positions. Approval would allow us to continue this cooperative relationship with UNF which greatly benefits both the School District and the University.

Recommended Action
Approve the 2011-2012 Memorandum of Understanding as presented.

Financial Impact
Cost to Clay County is one-half each of two teachers' salaries and benefits.
