2010 Census/Board Member Redistricting and Impact Fees

Issue/Rationale

Every ten (10) years, a population and household census is performed. With the census data expected to be available for Clay County by the end of March, 2011, it is necessary to begin discussion on the requirement of re-drawing School Board Member District boundaries.

Impact fees are, likewise, impacted by the new census and discussion on current status is also necessary.

For discussion and direction.
