February 19, 2009 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #9 Item Title C-9 Memorandum of Understanding with UNF for 2009-2010 Issue/Rationale The Memorandum of Understanding allows continuation of the present SPRINT/EXCEL positions.  Approval would allow us to continue this cooperative relationship with the University of North Florida which greatly benefits both the district and the University. Recommended Action Approve the Memorandum of Understanding as presented. Financial Impact Cost to Clay County is one-half of each of two teachers' salaries and benefits.  Submitted By Neil G.
