This agreement is required to obtain the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) permit for the Middleburg District Ancillary Facility Project.

Recommended Action
Approve the mitigation agreement.

Financial Impact
Purchase price is $87,300.00 and is funded in the 2008/2009 Educational Facilities Plan.
