February 19, 2015 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #11 Item Title C-10 RFP for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Issue/Rationale Seek to solicit RFP's for an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) to replace TERMS. Support, maintenance, and critical updates for our current ERP system (TERMS) is becoming problematic. TERMS is 20 plus years old and must be replaced in insure business continuity for critical processes such as Employee Records, Payroll, Budgeting, Purchasing, etc. These factors interfere with our ability to guarantee compliance with state reporting, legislative mandates, as well as day-to-day business functions. Procurement is anticipated to occur during the 2015-16 budget year. Recommended Action Approval Financial Impact Estimated annual: $400,000 - $500,000. First year contract cost would include such items as Implementation Services (Project Management and Data Conversions) plus initial License Fee.
