Issue/Rationale

The Exceptional Student Education Special Polices and Procedures (SP&P) document provides information regarding the implementation of state and local policies. It is required under ESE Florida statutes and is necessary for a district to be eligible for state or federal funding for special education and related services for exceptional students.

Recommended Action

Advertise 2013-2016 edition of manual.
