Issue/Rationale
The School Board is required to advertise in a local newspaper the appropriations of 2 mil Capital Outlay funds.
State law requires the use of 2 mill Capital Outlay funds to be advertised in a local newspaper.
Recommended Action
The Superintendent recommends approval of the Amended Notice as advertised.
Financial Impact
There will be a cost of approximately $390.00 to advertise in a local newspaper.
