C-11 Professional Development Out of District - February 16-18, 2007 Conference Registration Fee

Issue/Rationale
At the present time, school board policy states that we will reimburse participants for out of district professional development at the least expensive rate. Due to the time of the receipt of the registration/fee information (after the August date), the fiscal year and determination of who will attend, I highly recommend that the district allow for reimbursement of the professional development at the regular registration rate.

Recommended Action
Approve reimbursement at the regular rate.

Financial Impact
On the schools' professional development budget.
