Item Title
C-12 Amend the Master Inservice Plan - REESOL Component

Issue/Rationale
This component is written for those teachers who have completed the ESOL Endorsement and are required to complete the Reading Endorsement. This is an additional route that teachers can take and eliminate 80 hours of the total 300 hours required for the Reading Endorsement. This route is called REESOL, Reading Endorsement through ESOL. The component attached allows for 100 hours of professional development to be acquired through the REESOL Bundle. In addition to this 100 hour component, the teachers must complete Competency 2 (FOR-PD, an online course) and Competency 6 (the practicum) to receive the reading endorsement. This is an amendment to the approved Reading Endorsement for Clay County.
