Item Title
C-26 Contract - Agreement between School Board and Sheriff's Office
Issue/Rationale
Request approval to contract for off-duty deputy sheriffs for security services.
In order to secure off-duty deputy sheriffs it is requested the School Board approve the attached contract with the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
It is the intent of the School District to secure off-duty deputy sheriffs for school activities for any function that is not part of the normal school day.
Recommended Action
Approve contract to implement an agreement between Clay County School Board and Clay County Sheriff's Office.
Financial Impact
Financial impact to the School District is estimated to be $37,000.00.
