The structure is no longer usable and has become a hazard.  Disposal of School Board owned property requires approval of the School Board by Resolution as defined in F. S. 1013.28.   It is recommended that this structure be demolished to eliminate any potential liability with the structure.  The Maintenance Department has determined it is not cost effective to renovate the building. 

Approve the Resolution to dispose of a relocatable building at Orange Park High.

The cost to raze the building and remove the debris is estimated not to exceed $2,450.00.
