July 17, 2008 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #18 Item Title C-19 Contract between the School Board of Clay County and Clay Behavioral Health Center regarding Student Assistance Program Counselors Issue/Rationale In keeping with the objectives of Clay County's SDFS Grant, CBHC will provide SAP Counselors to secondary schools. Recommended Action Approve the Contract between the School Board of Clay County and Clay Behavioral Health Center regarding Student Assistance Program Counselors as submitted. Financial Impact The SDFS Grant is used to provide the funding for this program at a cost of $50,000.00, paid in ten monthly payments of $5,000.00 to CBHC.
