July 17, 2008 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #15 Item Title C-16 Interagency (Safe & Drug-Free School) Service Agreement between the School Board of Clay County and Clay Behavioral Health Center Issue/Rationale To continue the Student Assistance Program Counselor's services which began in 1989 and in keeping with the objectives of Clay County's SDFS Grant, CBHC will provide parenting programs and student assistance program objectives for delivery of prevention/education services. Recommended Action Approve the Interagency (Safe & Drug-Free School) Service Agreement between the School Board of Clay County and Clay Behavioral Health Center as submitted.
