At the April 17, 2008 Board meeting, the updated Educational Impact Fee Technical Report was provided and discussed.  Based upon that discussion, additional information was sought and the action for this item was tabled until the July Board meeting.  Additional information has been provided and what remains as action for the Board is to establish the recommended fee amounts and approve the Resolution to be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners.

Two (2) attachments are provided including the Resolution to the Board of County Commissioners with Exhibit A, the updated Impact Fee Technical Report, Exhibit B, a blank page where the recommended impact fee amounts are to be listed, and an optional amount chart for different levels of fees from staying at the current fee levels to the maximum fee levels.

If the School Board upholds the recommendation to maintain the current fee levels for the reasons as previously stated and discussed, the School Board must state the percentage of the maximum it wishes to establish the fees within the content of the Resolution.  If the School Board wishes a different fee level than as recommended, the reflected percentage amount must be identified with the corresponding fee levels.
