Authorization to continue services with the School District's Labor Attorney, Timothy Strong, Esq.
Issue/Rationale
Continue to use the legal services of Timothy B. Strong, Esquire, as legal counsel for labor and employment matters for the School District. The firm of Coffman, Coleman, Andrews and Grogan has dissolved, and Mr. Strong, along with six other alumni of the firm will continue to provide services through Fowler, White, Boggs and Banker. Rates will remain the same. See attached correspondence.
Recommended Action
Approve the authorization presented.
Financial Impact
Rates remain the same: $220/hour for partners, $175/hour for associates and $80/hour for paralegals.
