School Health Services are required by Florida Statutes to maintain adequate level of services to medically at-risk students.

Recommended Action
Approve the Agreement between the School Board of Clay County and the Clay County Health Department regarding Health Services as submitted.

Financial Impact

Funding is provided through district allocation to Student Services budget for Health Services totaling $159,500.00.
