Item Title
Adopt the 2013-14 Discretionary Operating Mill Levy

Issue/Rationale
In addition to RLE, districts may choose to levy an additional non-voted property tax. The Legislature establishes the maximum millage that each district may levy.

Recommended Action
Motion to adopt discretionary operating mill levy of 0.748 which is 0.89 percent more than the rolled-back rate.

Financial Impact

This levy will generate $6,601,192 to Fund 100.
