July 30, 2012 Special Meeting-Public Hearing Agenda Item #6 Item Title Adopt the 2012-13 Discretionary Operating Mill Levy Issue/Rationale In addition to RLE, districts may choose to levy an additional non-voted property tax.  The Legislature establishes the maximum millage that each district may levy.  Recommended Action Motion to adopt discretionary mill levy of 0.748 which is (3.29) less than the rolled-back rate.
