Approve purchase of replacement copier for district's main Administrative building
Issue/Rationale
Request the Board to purchase a new copier for the district's main Administrative building. The current copier was purchased in February, 2005 and has been declared non-repairable by the vendor.
Recommended Action
Approve the request.
Financial Impact
Cost of $8,224.00 includes all parts, labor, service calls and supplies except paper and staples at a rate of .0035 per print. First 50,000 copies are free for the first three years. Estimated maintenance cost of excess copies is $100.00 per year.
