June 18, 2015 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #12 Item Title C-11 Lutheran Services Contract Amendment Issue/Rationale Lutheran Services provides SEDNET (Multiagency Network for Students with Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities) approximately $142,000 in resources to serve students in Clay, Duval and Nassau counties. Periodically, they examine the expenditures of providers and reallocate resources to those agencies who are busy getting students the supports and services they need. Lutheran Services has offered SEDNET an additional $8,000 for use this fiscal year, ending June 30, 2015. Receiving these funds requires a contract amendment. Recommended Action Approve contract to increase funds. Financial Impact No cost to the district. SEDNET will receive an additional $8,000 for services for eligible students.
