There may be some additional security to be gained by implementing a Visitor ID Badge program through out the District.  The present security at Elementary Schools appears to be sufficient with marginal benefits to be achieved from a program.

There could be benefits at the Secondary Schools if a program were implemented.  Such a program could not provide the needed benefits without a Comprehensive ID system in the district.  Such a program would require that all students display an ID badge at all times.

It was the consensus of the Steering Committee and school staff that such a program would be difficult to administer with present staff.  ( See Attached Analysis )
