Consider Strategy 24.5 – Human Resources Process in Hiring Instruction Positions
Issue/Rationale
There is potential for using technology within HR - Instructional to become more efficient. In order to determine what can be done a Process Re-Engineering project should be created to define the needs and actions. (See Attached Analysis)
It is important to understand the Public Records Law before attempting this effort. The approach will be changed to enlist the aid of a Public Records Management Consultant to provide knowledge and experience to the definition effort. Purchase Order is ready to be created after July 5, 2007. (See Attached Quote from Florida State University and SML Inc.
