March 20, 2014 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #15 Item Title C-14 Memorandum of Understanding between Magellan Behavioral Health, Inc. and the School Board of Clay County Issue/Rationale To provided non-medical, short-term counseling and problem resolution support to students at designated schools who have one or more parents who is an active duty member of the military or an activated member of the National Guard or Reserves.  Magellan will also provide services to eligible faculty, staff and parents/families referred by School District. Recommended Action Approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Magellan Behavioral Health, Inc. and the School Board of Clay County as submitted.
