Issue Rationale of Contract

Memorandum of Understanding with Clever, Inc. submitted by the Instructional Services Department is an application programming interface that will save valuable time for teachers, programmers, and administrative staff by linking our staff and student data with online resources.  Data will be secured and maintained daily so students move seamlessly from school to school yet keep access to all digital resources.  There was a crucial need for the Learning.com integration as this is the only way K-8 students can access the online social studies textbook.
