Item Title
C-17 Renew Multi-District Agreement with Duval County to serve low incidence ESE students for school year 2007-2008.

Issue/Rationale

For low incidence students such as Hearing Imparied and Cochlear implants HI students we are allowed to contract with Duval County under state rules to provide for these low incidence kids since most districts cannot provide all the services needed.

It benefits Clay County Schools and our students to have access to these comprehensive programs.

Recommended Action
Superintendent recommends approval.

Financial Impact
Our invoice is approximately $13,000.00.
