Issue/Rationale Clay Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) was awarded the contract to provide supervision of the foster care system, formerly under the Department of Children and Families (DCF), in Clay and Baker County.  This foster care system is titled the Clay and Baker Kids Net, Inc. (CBKN). Recommended Action Approve, as submitted, the 2007-2010 Interagency Agreement between the School Board of Clay County and Clay and Baker Kids Net, Inc.
