Item Title
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the sale of Certificates of Participation (COP), Series 2012, in a principal amount of not exceeding $16.0M for the purpose of refunding of all or a portion of the COP, Series 2003 to achieve debt service savings
Issue/Rationale
The refunding of the COP Series 2003 will provide a savings in interest payments on future debt service payments.
Recommended Action
Approve the resolution authorizing the sale of Certificates of Participation, Series 2012 as presented.
Financial Impact
The Certificates of Participation will be paid off from the district's Local Capital Improvement Fund Mill Levy.
