Florida Virtual School will provide franchise opportunities for Clay Virtual Academy for the 2011-12 school year.  The attached vendor contract provides pricing and general terms but the Director of Purchasing and School Board Attorney have submitted minor wording changes to the vendor for finalization.  The Director of Purchasing needs authorization to contract for purchase when language has been finalized.

Authorize Director of Purchasing to purchase once contract parameters are finalized.

$50.00 per half-credit enrollment with no minimum number of enrollments.  Optional fees include:

$125.00 per half-credit enrollment for Gaming courses (if available):  Conspiracy Code American History (Course Code 2100310); Consipiracy Code Intensive Reading (Course Code 1000410 - must be offered in a computer lab setting)

$165.00 per half-credit enrollment for:  Drivers Education/Traffic Safety (Course Code 1900300)
