May 19, 2016 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #15 Item Title C-14 Appointment of Clay County School Board's CCEA and CESPA Bargaining Team Members for 2016-2017 Issue/Rationale Bargaining Team Members are approved by the School Board prior to collective bargaining each year.   Superintendent Van Zant, Deputy Superintendent Kornegay, and Assistant Superintendent for Business Affairs, Dr. Susan Legutko, are ex officio (non-paid) members of both teams.  Please see attachment. Recommended Action Approve the bargaining team members for 2016-2017. Financial Impact Up to a maximum of $15,000 for both teams.  Submitted By David S.
