May 19, 2016 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #53 Item Title D-2 Approve the Contract with Southern Strategies Group Issue/Rationale The School District currently has an Agreement with Southern Strategy Group to represent the School District regarding matters relating to education funding and other educational issues before the Florida Legislature, as well as the Clay County Legislative Delegation. Through discussion, the School Board will determine the feasibility of continuing the Agreement with Southern Strategy Group. Recommended Action Approve the contract with Southern Strategies Group for consulting/lobbying services for June 1, 2016 through May 30, 2017 Financial Impact $5,000.00 per month for twelve months.
