C-2 Vacate and Set Aside Termination of Paula Kirk

Issue/Rationale
On December 18, 2008, the School Board followed the recommendation of Superintendent Ben Wortham and terminated Paula Kirk from employment with the school district. It has been determined that it is in the best interest of all parties that the termination be vacated and set aside contingent upon Paula Kirk resigning effective December 18, 2008

Recommended Action
Vacate and set aside the Board action of December 18, 2008 terminating Paula Kirk
