Review and approve changes to Exhibit “C” of the previously approved Proportionate Share Mitigation Development Agreement for Governors Park DRI.

The Developer requested the changes to remove the ambiguity of some of the wording in the original agreement.

Changes to include:  Removal of wording “no less than” and insertion of “developable” in the first sentence of Exhibit “C”.  For the purpose of this Exhibit “C”, developable acreage shall mean gross acres, exclusive of wetlands and storm water management facilities. 

Approve the Proportionate Share Mitigation Development Agreement for Governors Park DRI as revised.
