Issue/Rationale
Updated information regarding seclusion and restraint usage was required by the Department of Education to the Special Program and Procedures Manual. The change is attached.
The S. P. and P. outlines the requirements for eligibility and placement in ESE programs in Clay District Schools and aligns with State and Federal policies. FEFP participation requires this document.
Recommended Action
Approve revision as submitted.
Financial Impact
FEFP funding for Special Education is necessary to provide services. There are no other funding sources to replace these funds.
