October 15, 2015 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #3 Item Title C-4 Approve Settlement of personal injury claims of Spencer Steinmetz Issue/Rationale On October 23, 2012, the Plaintiff was injured during wrestling practice at Middleburg High School while the Plaintiff was on doctor's order not to practice and by a student 70 pounds larger in weight.  The Plaintiff now has one leg shorter than the other and will suffer from permanent back pain.  This case can be settled for $100,000.00 Recommended Action The Superintendent recommends approval.
