September 10, 2015 - Special Meeting-Public Hearing on the Budget Agenda Item #7 Item Title Adopt the 2015-16 Basic Discretionary Operating Mill Levy Issue/Rationale In addition RLE, districts may choose to levy an additional non-voted property tax.  The Legislature establishes the maximum millage that each district may levy. Recommended Action Motion to adopt discretionary mill levy of 0.748. Financial Impact This levy will generate $7,146,878 to Fund 100.
