Item Title
Adopt the 2011-12 Discretionary Critical Needs (Operating) Mill Levy

Issue/Rationale

If the district chooses to levy the supplemental critical operating needs mill levy. (The .25 Equalization shown previously is to districts who do not generate at least $126.80 per student with the levy for 2011-12).

Recommended Action
Motion to adopt the supplement critical operating needs mill levy of 0.250 which is (6.05) percent less than the rolled-back rate.

Financial Impact
The levy will generate $2,212,389 to Fund 100, and $2,307,141 in compression adjustment.
