C-34 Substantial and Final Completion of Keystone Heights High School Condensing Unit Replacement Building 9
Issue/Rationale
Establish a Substantial and Final Completion date for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. Substantial Completion was achieved on August 10, 2011 and Final Completion was achieved on August 25, 2011.
The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Engineer (KPI Engineering, Inc.), is substantially and finally complete and in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a substantial and final completion date must be formally established. Contractor: W. W. Gay Mechanical Contractors, Inc.
Recommended Action
Approve Substantial and Final Completion.
