Title C20 - Clay Electric Cooperative, Inc. Right-of-Way Easement at Lake Asbury Junior High School | ||
Description The increased electrical demand from the new Lake Asbury Junior High School classroom addition necessitates the installation of a transformer by Clay Electric Cooperative, Inc. on school grounds. An easement will be required to facilitate the transformer's placement and ongoing maintenance. | ||
Gap Analysis No action would result in the inability for Clay Electric Cooperative, Inc. to provide additional electrical service to the new classroom addition at Lake Asbury Junior High School. | ||
Previous Outcomes The School Board has approved utility easements in the past. | ||
Expected Outcomes It is expected the School Board will approve this Right-of-Way Easement. | ||
