The project was competitively bid and was advertised for three (3) consecutive weeks with the Clay Today.  The bid opening was held November 14, 2019 at 2:30 p.m.  The project had Three (3) bidders and all bidders met the bid requirements.

Recommendation

Award the construction contract to Scorpio, the low bidder meeting specifications in the base bid amount of $494,007.00.
