| Description Service Agreement including parts and labor coverage for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System Equipment for scheduled and unscheduled repairs under an annual planned maintenance contract. The contract terms are for three (3) years with the ability to extend for two (2) more years for a total of five (5) years. These six schools were selected based on their distance from the Green Cove Springs maintenance yard and warehouse. | ||
