| Title C30 - School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation (PSM) Agreement First Amendment between the Clay County School Board, Clay County, and Creekview GP, LLC (Hyland Trail) | ||
| Description In May of 2024, representatives from Creekview GP, LLC contacted the Clay County School Board’s Planning department seeking approval to amend Proportionate Share Mitigation (PSM) Agreement #2020/2021-134 to include approximately 745 acres of land as described in Exhibit A, Added Land, as proposed in the amendment. This amendment does not change or alter the intent, add or subtract the number of dwelling units, or change the number of students generated in the original PSM agreement. | ||
| Gap Analysis No action would result in the developer being unable to annex the Added Lands to the original PSM agreement #2020/2021-134, as amended. | ||
| Previous Outcomes The School Board approved previous PSM Agreements in the past. | ||
| Expected Outcomes It is expected the School Board will approve the PSM Agreement as amended and forward it to the Clay County Board of County Commissioners for their approval. | ||
