The instrument to be used for evaluating the performance of the School Board Attorney needs to be adopted by the School Board.  The Board Attorney has reviewed and is in agreement with the proposed evaluation instrument.  The established guidelines set forth the timeline for the annual evaluation process.

Recommend approval of the evaluation guidelines and instrument to be used for evaluating the School Board Attorney.
