This project is listed in the 2024/2025 Educational Facilities Plan (EFP). The project was competitively bid and was advertised for three (3) consecutive weeks on the school district website. The bid opening was held February 13, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. The project had one (1) bidder and the bid was evaluated by the Purchasing Department to be a responsive and responsible bid. The Operations Department determined the bidder was qualified to do the work as specified. The contractor awarded was the sole responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications.

Award the construction contract to T&M Electric of Clay County, LLC, the low bidder meeting specifications, in the base bid amount of $637,630.00.
