Clay Charter Academy is a charter school located in Middleburg. Clay Charter Academy is a high-performing charter school per the Florida Department of Education. Clay Charter Academy is currently under contract with Clay County District Schools until June of 2035. Per Florida Statute 1002.331 and the current contract, Clay Charter Academy may modify the terms to include additional grade levels.
