The Clay County Public School Concurrency Proportionate Share Mitigation Development Agreement is required by the Clay County School Concurrency Ordinance.  After approval by the School Board, The Agreement will be forwarded to the Clay County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) for approval.  Approval by the BCC will require amendment of Clay County’s Development Agreement Ordinance and School Concurrency Ordinance to make provision for the extended build-out timeline of a DRI.
