D-3 Attendance Boundary Realignments
Issue/Rationale
The proposed realignments are necessary to alleviate overcrowding at OakLeaf area schools and to accommodate other subdivisions currently being developed throughout the county. These changes will affect the boundaries of Argyle Elementary, Charles E. Bennett Elementary, Doctors Inlet Elementary, Lake Asbury Elementary, OakLeaf Village Elementary, Paterson Elementary, Plantation Oaks Elementary, RideOut Elementary, Tynes Elementary, Green Cove Springs Junior High, OakLeaf Junior High, Wilkinson Junior High, Clay High, Middleburg High, OakLeaf High and Orange Park High Schools.
Authorization to advertise new or revisions to existing attendance boundaries is required. Effective date will be School Year 2016/17 pending formal approval at a School Board Public Hearing scheduled for March 22, 2016.
