Item Title
C-27 Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Grant, Part B and Part B(Preschool).
Issue/Rationale
Fund, fully or partially, ESE personnel, classroom supplies for students with disabilities professional development for staff, expert consultants for program development and legal compliance, required services for parentally placed private school students, and mandated extended school year services.
This grant funds services to students with disabilities to meet the legal mandate of a free and appropriate public education.
Recommended Action
Approve IDEA Grant as submitted.
