Prior to Clay County Utility Authority setting the water meters to Spring Park Elementary School, the School Board is required to grant the Utility legal access to their employees/contractors to service utility owned equipment and devices. This easement encompasses any piping that runs from the County Right Away to the meter on School Board Property.  The easements extends approximately 7.5 feet beyond the centerline of the Potable Water, Reuse, force main water lines, and 10 feet around the meters.

Per staff recommendations, the Board has approved previous Clay County Utility Authority Easement Agreements.

Board approval will allow Clay County Utility Authority to provide water and sewer service to the facility.
