Title C34 - Clay Electric Easement Agreement for Spring Park Elementary School | ||
Description Prior to Clay Electric Cooperative, Inc. energizing power to Spring Park Elementary School, the School Board is required to grant Clay Electric legal access to their employees/contractors to service electrical owned equipment and devices. This easement encompasses the electrical primary from the public right up to and including the Main Electrical Transformer. The easement extends approximately five feet beyond the centerline of the primary conductors and five feet around the perimeter of the transformer pad. | ||
